I'm a Marriage and Family Therapy Licensed Intern (MFT-I) in NV. I obtained my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) in June of 2026. Through my clinical experience, I had the honor of working with diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families. I draw on evidence-based therapeutic interventions and a holistic, client-centered approach to support each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. As an MFT, I approach therapy through a systemic lens, meaning I recognize that our challenges do not exist in isolation. Our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships are often shaped by the patterns and experiences within a bigger context and/or larger systems we navigate, including our families, partnerships or relationships, workplaces, communities, culture, etc. By exploring these connections, we can begin to understand the deeper foundations of our struggles and create meaningful, lasting change.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to find your own voice. I often describe my role as a therapist as wearing many hats. At times, I may be your guide, helping you navigate the unfamiliar; your sidekick, walking alongside you through difficult moments; your cheerleader, celebrating your progress; or your coach, gently challenging you to grow beyond what feels comfortable.
Therapy can involve difficult things. Together, we may explore life experiences, thoughts, emotions, relationship patterns, and generational history to better understand how they have shaped who you are today. We will honor your unique story, work at a pace that feels right for you, and approach the process with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. I believe that understanding the roots of our challenges can open the door to greater clarity, new perspectives, self-acceptance, and empowerment. Through this process, we can work toward building healthier relationships, strengthening resilience, and creating a more fulfilling life.
Connection
Healing begins when you fell truly seen and heard.
Culture Matters
Your identity, values, and experiences deserve respect.
A Space That Feels Like You
Therapy should feel safe, supportive, respectful and collaborative.
More Than Challenges
Your struggles do not define who you are.
Meaningful Growth
Even Small Steps can create lasting change.
My approach to treatment and patient care is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in a systemic perspective. I believe that every client brings a unique set of values, traditions, and life experiences that have shaped how they view themselves, their life, or the world. I strive to understand each client within the context of their life, including how family dynamics, generational patterns, past experiences, and environmental influences may contribute to both their current challenges and personal strengths.
I view therapy as a collaborative process in which my clients are active participants in their own growth and healing. Together, we identify presenting problems or concerns, explore underlying patterns, and establish clear, measurable, and achievable therapeutic goals that align with each client’s needs and values. I use evidence-based interventions and tailor treatment to the client’s unique circumstances, strengths, and readiness for change. My goal is to help clients gain greater self-awareness, develop practical tools and solutions to navigate challenges, strengthen their relationships and build resilience in ways that supports their goal, creating a meaning and lasting change beyond the therapy room.
